The Planning & Zoning Board hears and decides on variances to the dimensional requirements set forth by the Zoning Ordinance: hear and decide special exceptions for certain uses within the Zoning districts: hear and decide appeals from any order, requirement, decision, or action of any zoning enforcement officer with respect to the enforcement of the Zoning Ordinance/Resolution.
