We are a non-profit corporation founded to achieve sustained orderly and objective economic development consistent with the resources in the geographic region and maintain a high quality of life for the residents by bringing together government and the community:

to enhance the community's ability to develop industrial property,

to retain existing industry,
to assist in the relocation of industry,
and expansion of local industries in the community.
